A single-origin lot from Uraga in the Guji zone of Ethiopia (Solomo), processed at the Zelelam Coffee Washing Station (Tracon Trading). Grown at 2095–2122 m and listed as Heirloom variety, this coffee is processed as a Red Honey and roasted light. Tasting notes highlight cranberry, apple, plum and a rosé-wine–like sweetness with a velvety mouthfeel and round, gentle acidity.
