A single-origin Colombian coffee from Quindío (Campo Hermoso / Camilo Merizalde) grown at 1850–2100 m. The variety is Sidra and it is processed as a Red Honey with a short aerobic fermentation and extended sun drying. Light-roasted, it presents floral and tropical acidity with tasting notes of lavender, apricot, passion fruit, vanilla, and white sugar. The lot emphasizes sweetness and clarity typical of honey-processed coffees.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
