This coffee is a single origin Ethiopian coffee from the Shantawene Washing Station in the Bensa region of Sidama, grown at 2100 meters altitude. It is a Heirloom variety processed with the honey method, producing flavor notes of apple, guava, and nectarine. The coffee has a bright acidity with a syrupy mouthfeel and balanced aftertaste. It is available as whole bean and suitable for filter brewing.
