Manta Ray Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This single origin coffee comes from the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1700 meters altitude. Produced by Pedro Silva on a 3 hectare farm, the Gesha variety constitutes just over 1 hectare of the total farm. Lemon and orange trees are planted throughout to support soil health and biodiversity. The coffee cherries are picked at their ripest point, then washed and dried. This washed Gesha offers a delicate tea-like quality reminiscent of earl grey, with flavor notes of jasmine green tea and mandarins. Filter roast only.
