About This Coffee

A single-origin Ecuador coffee from Hacienda La Florida in Sozoranga, produced by Fabricio and Ramiro Coronel. The lot is 100% Typica Mejorado, anaerobically fermented via carbonic maceration in cherry for three days (to pH 4.1) and dried in climate-controlled dark room dehydrators over ~30 days at 1500 m. Tasting notes include orange liqueur, lychee, and floral character; the omniroast is optimized for filter brewing.
