This SL28 from Cerro Buena Vista (Rivas, Brunca, Costa Rica) is a natural-processed coffee grown at 1600 MASL by Don Lica Torres. SL28 cherries were dried on raised beds then finished on patios, producing a medium-light roast profile with medium body and tasting notes of red and tropical fruit, currant, floral notes, and baking spice.
