This single-origin coffee comes from smallholders processed through a Natural Anaerobic (NAX) method at the Yaye washing station in Sidama, Arbegona, Ethiopia. Grown at approximately 2,200 masl and composed of Heirloom varietals, the cup shows bright fruit character with tasting notes of apricot, mango and strawberry, complemented by lychee and red grape aromatics and a juicy, light body with nectarine and red currant aftertaste. Optimized for filter brewing.
