Single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Jima region, produced by smallholder farmers and processed naturally at 2,000 meters. Made from Heirloom varieties, it presents tasting notes of dark chocolate, strawberry and orange, with malic and citric acidity and a creamy body. The lot scored 85.5 SCA and is described as an exotic, fruity profile well suited for espresso.
