The industrial chic space features a visible roasting area framed by large windows, inviting visitors into the process. Drawing on a background in film color grading, the team approaches roasting as a form of creative expression, seeking to reveal depth and character in every batch. Award winners at the 2019 Roasters Smackdown and 2023 ASCA competitions, they offer their signature Outsider Blend alongside rotating single origins and an automated pour over experience at the bar.
