Kolonel Coffee Roasters started in Antwerp in 2010 when Kobe van Gaveren opened his first coffeebar, bringing his background as a trained cook and sommelier to the world of coffee. The roastery launched in 2016, giving van Gaveren full control over the beans he serves.
