This coffee is from Ethiopia's West Omo zone at 2040 meters altitude, sourced from Gesha Village Coffee Estate. It features the Gesha 1931 variety, naturally processed with raised-bed drying. Roasted to an expressive light (Nordic) level, it has flavor notes including strawberry, pineapple, rosehip, and panela with a silky, tea-like body.
