A single-origin Gesha 1931 from Bench Maji, Ethiopia (Santuario Project / Rachel Samuel & Adam Overton), grown at 1900–2200m. This lot is processed natural with detailed sun- and shade-drying and curing steps. Light roasted, it presents bright, bergamot- and citrus-driven acidity with notes of lemon, grapefruit and rosé wine, finishing on nectarine and strawberry sweetness. Suitable for espresso and filter brewing.
