El Paraiso Lychee - Kolumbien Filter

This coffee is a single-origin Arabica from the El Paraiso farm in Cauca, Colombia, grown at 1800 meters altitude in volcanic soils. The variety is Castillo, processed using a double anaerobic washed method involving two fermentation stages to enhance sweetness and complexity. It has flavor notes reminiscent of passion fruit yogurt, lime kefir, and lychee martini. It is roasted for filter preparation and sold as whole bean.
