This Javanica variety coffee is from the Mierisch Family's El Limoncillo farm in Yasicasur, Matagalpa, Nicaragua, grown at 850-1100 meters altitude. It is processed using the natural method and harvested from October to February. The Javanica variety, also known as the longberry Java variety, was acquired through an unusual roadside encounter and represents the first year of purchasing this particular lot. This micro lot consists of 69kg and features flavor notes of pineapple, rose water, and strawberry milkshake with a wild and complex profile.
