Doña Delfina is a single-origin coffee from Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, grown by Sergio Dario Aranda Gomez. The lot is a Small Holding / Microlot of Bourbon and Gesha varieties, washed with a yeast-extended fermentation and sun-dried. Medium–light roasted, it presents intensely floral, tea-like characters with notes of lavender, Parma violet, rose petal, Earl Grey and Manuka honey, and a silky mouthfeel with bright, elegant acidity.
