Colombia Taita AA / Omni Roast

This coffee originates from Consacá, Nariño, Colombia, grown at elevations between 1300-2200 meters above sea level. The region features steep mountains and fertile volcanic soils enriched by the Galeras volcano. The coffee consists of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, processed using the washed method. Sourced through Caravela, who began working with local producers in 2016. The flavor profile features tropical, plum, and honey notes.
