About This Coffee

This Colombian coffee is sourced from the Narino region at 1500-2200 meters above sea level. Produced by FUDAM (Fundación Agraria y Ambiental Para el Desarrollo Sostentible), an association of 300 organic-certified and Rainforest Alliance-certified growers in La Unión, Nariño. The coffee is made from Arabica varieties including Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra, processed using the washed method. After harvesting, the beans undergo depulping followed by 16-24 hours of dry fermentation, then washed 2-3 times before drying. The medium roast coffee features flavor notes of caramel, hazelnut, and dark chocolate.

Terminal 3

Terminal 3, operating under the name T3 Roasters, was founded in 2021 in Toronto by Mo Alzatmah and Horlick Ng. The travel and aviation theme frames coffee as a journey of global discovery, with coffee names referencing destinations and an interior styled with vintage travel posters and maps. They roast medium profiles across diverse origins from Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, Brazil, and Indonesia. The philosophy is that coffee connects people to places they have never been, and every cup is treated as a kind of departure gate.
