About This Coffee

From Colombia's Milan Estate in the Andes Mountains of Risaralda province, grown on volcanic soils with hot springs at 1,400–1,800 meters altitude (specific lot at 1,500–1,600m). The Caturra variety is processed using an innovative Nitro Washed method: cherries are harvested, sorted, pulped, then fermented in tanks with nitrogen and yeast for four days under strict temperature control, followed by washing and natural drying for 20–30 days. Tasting notes include Melon, Golden Kiwi, Watermelon, with sweet and juicy characteristics.
