Colombia - Finca Villa Betulia Gesha
Terminal 3About This Coffee
Finca Villa Betulia Gesha is a naturally processed, anaerobic coffee grown in the Cauca region of Colombia at 1450 meters above sea level. Produced by Luis Anibal Calderon, a Huila Best Cup 2016 top 30 finalist, this Gesha variety coffee was carefully fermented dry for 25 hours and then dried over 25 days in a parabolic dryer. The light roast coffee features tasting notes of acai berry, blackcurrant, and acacia honey. The natural anaerobic processing method combined with the highland terroir gives this coffee its clean, expressive character and complexity.

Terminal 3
Terminal 3, operating under the name T3 Roasters, was founded in 2021 in Toronto by Mo Alzatmah and Horlick Ng. The travel and aviation theme frames coffee as a journey of global discovery, with coffee names referencing destinations and an interior styled with vintage travel posters and maps. They roast medium profiles across diverse origins from Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, Brazil, and Indonesia. The philosophy is that coffee connects people to places they have never been, and every cup is treated as a kind of departure gate.
