This natural Gesha is grown at 1700 meters altitude in Cauca, Colombia, at the Patio Bonito farm run by the Trujillo family. The Gesha variety is dried in cherry to preserve its lush fruit character. The natural processing method elevates the variety's tropical sweetness while maintaining elegance, clarity and floral lift. The coffee offers layers of papaya, ripe peach nectar and orange blossom with a vibrant yet clean cup profile. Patio Bonito cultivates thirteen celebrated varieties including Gesha, Pink Bourbon, Pacamara, Sidra and Wush Wush across nine hectares of coffee on their eleven hectare farm.
