Jardines Del Eden Natural Maragesha is from Colombia's Cauca region. The farm sits at high elevations with nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Maragesha is a hybrid variety of Maragogipe and Geisha. This lot is processed using the natural method, where ripe cherries are carefully selected and dried whole. The coffee offers bright citrus of pomelo, juicy pomegranate, and delicate violet florals, rounded out by a rich chocolate undertone. It has a full, creamy body with medium-high acidity.
