This is a single origin coffee from Colombia, Quindío region at 1380 meters altitude. It is Sidra variety processed naturally with a unique 72-hour sealed tank fermentation followed by 46 hours open-air rest and dried on shaded raised meshes. The flavor profile includes Bing cherry, guava, strawberry with medium orange and citric acidity, juicy light body, and a uniform balance.
