Chasing The Dragon Blend
White Horse CoffeeAbout This Coffee
This limited edition blend celebrates the Lunar New Year of the Horse, combining coffees from Colombia and Uganda. From Finca Campo Hermoso in Colombia, third-generation producer Edwin Noreña crafts Red Bourbon using carbonic maceration and black honey processing, delivering jammy, strawberry-rich depth. The Ugandan component comes from smallholders in the Rwenzori Mountains producing world-class Robusta. The blend features cherry aromatics, rubber tree and tobacco notes, with an intense palate of molasses, 90% dark chocolate, cola sweetness, and hints of cherry. Recommended espresso recipe: 22g dose, 45g yield, 25-30 second extraction time.
