About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee from Yaye washing station in Arbegona (Chericho), Sidama, Ethiopia (2,230 masl) is an Ethiopian landrace, washed after a 36-hour fermentation and 10–14 day drying. The cup is floral and tea-like with white-flower and lemon acidity, plus yellow stone fruit and champagne mango notes.
