A blend of a washed Ethiopian (Danche, Gedeb, Gedeo) and three fruit co-fermented Colombian lots (Quindío: Sebastian Ramirez & Jairo Arcila). Washed and co-fermentation techniques create intensely fruity, candy-like flavors—watermelon, peach, mandarin and red fruit—with bright acidity, pronounced sweetness and a light roast character.
