This Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee comes from the Halo Hartume Washing Station and is grown at 2000-2200 meters above sea level. The coffee is washed processed at the Halo Hartume Washing Station where meticulous separation and drying yields a consistent and lively flavor profile. It has an incredible body with a buttery texture and complex layering of flavors including black tea, honeysuckle, peach, and jasmine. This is a light roast coffee.
