This coffee is a washed Typica variety from the Terrazas del Pisque farm in Pedro Moncayo, Pichincha, Ecuador, grown at 2100 meters altitude with volcanic soil. It has flavor notes of white grape, pomelo, and roasted hazelnut, offering a soft, clean, juicy, and well-balanced profile with tropical fruit acidity and a lasting dark chocolate aftertaste. The lot ranked 16th in the 2022 Cup of Excellence.
