About This Coffee

This Sidra coffee is from Finca El Placer in Calarcá, Quindío, Colombia, grown at 1650-2000 meters altitude. The lot is fully washed with controlled anaerobic fermentation, referred to as CM Washed process. Produced by fourth-generation coffee producer Sebastian Ramirez, the coffee undergoes selective harvesting and meticulous cherry classification before controlled anaerobic fermentation and slow drying. The Sidra variety delivers tasting notes of nectarine, cardamom, and mint with elegant fruit, subtle spice, and a refreshing herbal lift in a polished and transparent cup.
