This coffee is a washed processed Arabica blend from the Kirinyaga region in Kenya, cultivated at an altitude of 1750 meters in volcanic soils under shade. The blend includes SL28, SL34, Batian, and Ruiru-11 varieties. It features flavor notes of cranberry, wild strawberries, and raw sugar, with a bright acidity and elegant mouthfeel.
