Produced by first-generation coffee farmers Gloria and Ines Neira, members of the Cooperativa Agraria Frontera San Ignacio (COOPAFSI), a cooperative formed in 1968. OR Coffee Roasters

OR Coffee Roasters was established in 2001 by Tom Janssen and Katrien Pauwels, making it one of the foundational specialty roasters in Belgium. What began in a small garage in Aalst grew into a respected name with spaces in Ghent and Brussels. Their core mission is built on direct trade, with roughly 95 percent of their coffee sourced through direct fair trade relationships with farmers. They travel to origin to select their coffees, ensuring quality and ethical practices, and their roasting style brings out the unique characteristics of each origin through both accessible blends and more adventurous single origin lots.
