Oryx is a single-origin coffee from Sidama, Ethiopia, produced by Daye Bensa. The lot is Heirloom variety grown at about 2,100 m and processed washed. It has an espresso roast with a floral and fruity profile, showing caramel, apricot and jasmine notes, a juicy peach-like sweetness, and a buttery/oleaginous body suited for espresso and moka.
