A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from Sidama, processed at the Bombe washing station. The coffee is an heirloom varietal grown at approximately 1900 masl and processed using a washed method. Tasting notes list floral character with citron tea, apple candy, and blueberry highlights. The product is offered as unroasted (green) whole beans.

In 2023, he made the move to open a the roastery with a Loring roasting machine at the heart, deliberately chosen for its ability to preserve and amplify the bright, vibrant acidity that defines their sourcing philosophy.
