A single‑origin coffee from Sidama, Ethiopia, grown up to 2000 meters. Heirloom varieties were processed using a washed method with a 24–36 hour fermentation and dried 10–15 days on African raised beds. Medium roast with a clean profile, showing tasting notes of blueberry, black tea and delicate citrus.
