This single origin coffee comes from the Nyakabugi Farm in Kenya's Kiambu County at an altitude of around 1900 meters. It is processed using the washed method and consists of SL28 and SL34 varieties of Coffea arabica. The flavor profile features notes of black currant, white peach, and lime meringue tart, with a marmalade-like mouthfeel and long-lasting marmalade aftertaste. Typical brewing ratio is 1:16.5 with a brew time between 2.5 to 3.5 minutes.
