Northern Lights

Northern Lights is a single-origin Ethiopian (Sidama) micro-lot from Niguse Gemeda Mude's two-hectare farm at 1900 meters. Heirloom varieties are naturally processed and raised-bed dried for extended periods. Expect delicate florals, structured tart acidity, and tasting notes of mandarin orange, honeysuckle, melon, and fruit punch in a light roast.
