The Ombligon variety is a natural mutation of Ethiopian heirloom varieties, processed naturally. It features floral notes of rose and hibiscus, with red-fruit and winey flavors reminiscent of strawberries and early-summer sangria. The roast is medium, highlighting its tropical brightness.
