This coffee is a single origin natural processed Castillo variety from El Diamante farm in La Plata, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1950 meters above sea level. It features flavor notes of tropical fruit, vibrant acidity, and a smooth chocolatey finish. The natural process includes submerging coffee cherries in water, fermentation for 48 hours, and patio drying for about 20 days.
