About This Coffee

A single-origin Colombian coffee from the Maracay farm (Luz Helena) in Armenia, Quindío, grown at 1400–1450 m. Castillo variety, processed using an anaerobic washed method with 48-hour fermentation alongside sweet orange peel and dried on peel-lined beds to develop fresh grass and lime characters. Light roasted, it presents bright, delicate body with tasting notes of lime, pear, fennel and a white wine–like aftertaste.
