About This Coffee

Single-origin Colombia coffee from Quindío (avg. 1500 MASL), grown by Jairo Arcila. Castillo variety underwent a 48-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with fresh lychees, then was washed and raised-bed dried under 35°C. Expressive Light roast with bright, floral and tropical notes of lychee, lime, pineapple, and rose, with clean clarity.
