This Colombian Gesha blend from La Estrella, Risaralda (1,750 masl) combines two Gesha lots: a peach co-fermented honey lot and a coconut-distillate, nitrogen thermal-shock lot. Expect pronounced peach and coconut cream with melon and cherry accents; typically roasted light to preserve floral sweetness and a syrupy, delicate body.
