This coffee is a Gesha variety grown at 1750 meters elevation in Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda, Colombia. It is processed primarily using a washed method with one batch also utilizing bioreactor fermentation with inoculates to enhance complexity. The roast level is Expressive Light, offering a bright acidity with floral and tea-like tasting notes including orange peel, grapefruit, panela, and honeydew melon.
