This single origin coffee is from Honduras, specifically from the Las Flores region in Santa Barbara, grown at La Fincona farm by producer Isaias Fernandez at 1,600 meters altitude. The coffee is Catuai variety, washed processed. Tasting notes include cacao, apple, guava, and cane sugar. The producer inherited his family farm in his early twenties and now cultivates Pacas and other varieties with support from local exporter San Vicente.
