Ethiopian single-origin coffee from the Guji Siko area in Uraga Woreda, Guji region. Produced at the Alemayehu Sali Washing Station. Grown at altitudes between 2,100 and 2,250 meters in the mountainous highlands near Solomo town. Features Dega and Kurume varieties processed using the natural method. The coffee exhibits flavor notes of blackberry, plum jam, rose, and dark chocolate. Roasted as a filter coffee profile. Guji is a distinguished coffee-growing region that was once part of Yirgacheffe but earned its own designation due to its unique microclimate.
