Farmers in the area use long-standing methods, intercropping coffee with food crops to make thoughtful use of their land. This medium-light roasted coffee features flavor notes of hibiscus, lemon verbena, and buttercream frosting, with bright acidity and floral characteristics.

Canyon Coffee was founded in 2016 by the husband-and-wife team of Casey Wojtalewicz and Ally Walsh, who shared a passion for how coffee brought people together.
