This coffee is a Red Colombia variety from the Finca Morelia farm in Huila, Colombia. It is processed using a red honey method with 24 hours of fermentation and 38 hours resting in tanks, followed by a 25-day drying period. The coffee offers flavor notes of blackberry, pistachio, and ripe plum, with a syrupy acidity and caramel body. It is grown at an altitude of 1700 meters on fertile soils under shade and is organically fertilized.
