Family owned since 2009, Zest Specialty Coffee Roasters was voted Australia's Favourite Coffee Roaster at MICE 2025. They operate roasteries in both Melbourne's Richmond neighborhood and Sydney's Marrickville, working with Brambati and Diedrich machines in Melbourne and a Mill City roaster in Minneapolis. Zest is known for a progressive, flavor obsessed philosophy backed by extensive barista training programs and direct relationships at origin. The team regularly leads Australian coffee farm expeditions, deepening their connection to the producers and terroirs behind every cup.
