A Colombian specialty coffee from Finca la Riviera, produced by Julio Madrid under the Café Uba brand — a three-generation family of producers. The coffee is a Caturra variety processed using an anaerobic culturing method. Roasted as a filter roast, it presents a bright and fruity profile with notes of dried apricot, passion fruit, and delicate cane sugar sweetness. Scored at 87 points.
