This is a Caturra varietal processed using a co-ferment washed method with extended co-fermentation. Roasted Light/Medium specifically for filter brewing. The cup is tropical, sweet, and creamy with a refreshing, sparkling character. Tasting notes include guanabana, custard apple, garland lily, and mint chocolate. Cup score: 89.00.
