A washed Geisha from Finca La Cabra, located in Boquete, Chiriquí province, Panama, grown at 1,500 meters altitude on virgin volcanic soils. The farm is a collaborative project between Willem Boot, Catherine Cadloni, and John and Lynelle Lawrence of Mudhouse Coffee Roasters, managed on-site by Kelly Hartmann. The washed process highlights the variety's natural finesse, delivering a clear, silky, and well-balanced cup with delicate notes of white peach, lemongrass, green tea, and flowers. Roasted for filter preparation. Scored 90+.
