Finca Idealista is a Nicaraguan coffee from Finca Idealista (Gold Mountain Coffee Growers), grown at 1200–1600 masl in Jinotega and Matagalpa. The variety is Red Pacamara and the lot underwent carbonic maceration with a 272-hour fermentation (natural-style). Expect pronounced red currant, Brazil nut and papaya notes with a creamy mouthfeel; roasted for both filter and espresso preparations.
